The essentials on what SuperWiser does, who it's for, and how it fits your projects.
SuperWiser is a music supervision platform: a command center where supervisors and music departments track cue sheets, clearance status, rights holders, master and publishing fees, approvals, invoices, deadlines, and total music budgets in one place.
Music supervisors, coordinators, studios, production companies, ad agencies, game companies, trailer houses, branded content teams, documentary producers, post supervisors, and the finance and legal teams who work alongside them.
Yes. SuperWiser handles features, TV series, and individual episodes, with the cue tracking, clearance workflow, master and publishing budgets, and cue sheet delivery those projects require.
Yes. SuperWiser supports commercials, trailers, promos, video games, podcasts, social campaigns, brand content, and live events alongside traditional screen projects, each with the right fields and budget structure.
It builds your cue sheet for you. Because every cue's data lives in SuperWiser from temp through final, the cue sheet is assembled from the source of truth, then exported clean for production, legal, studios, networks, streamers, and PRO delivery.
Yes. Export client-facing and internal reports covering clearance status, budget burn, and outstanding items, formatted to read clearly for producers, finance, and legal.
Always. Master and publishing are tracked as distinct fees on every cue, rolled up into separate totals and into the overall music budget, including estimates, approved amounts, and pending exposure.
Yes, on the Team and Custom plans. Guest access gives clients and producers a clean read-only view of progress, with team permissions controlling what they can and can't see.
Yes. The Project Pass covers a single film, doc, ad, trailer, or game from start to delivery, full clearance and budget tracking plus cue sheet export, with no ongoing subscription.
Yes. WiserAssist is live in the app. Ask it anything about your project: summarize clearance status, flag risky rights gaps, and draft client-ready music reports from live project data. More capabilities, like licensing cost estimates and replacement suggestions, are on the way.
